The Super 3-3-4 Tactics: Dominating Ultra-Defensive Opponents in Online Soccer Manager (OSM)

The 3-3-4 (A) formation is a very attacking formation in Online Soccer Manager (OSM), where you play with three defenders, three midfielders, and four forwards. This tactic can be called "Super 3-3-4" Tactics. Using this tactic you can beat ultra defensive opponents who are using 6-3-1 or 5-3-1-1 or other defensive formations. 3-3-4 (A) is a similar formation to 3-3-4 (B). In 3-3-4 (A), you have to use three CMs instead of two CMs and a CDM of 3-3-4 (B).

First, you have to analyze our opponent’s squad before playing this formation. You can avoid this tactics if opponent is playing with–

• Wing Play
• Passing Game

Squad:

You must put two strikers in ST positions, a left winger in LW and a right winger in RW in front. In the CM positions, you have to use three CMs and three central backs in CB positions. You must put our highest rated goalkeeper in GK position. Try to put 6 players of the same nationality to get the nationality bonus while playing the match.

Explaination:

In this tactic, the players will press opponents when they lose the ball. And when they get the ball, they directly pass the ball to the forwards to score goals. This tactic avoids opponents' midfielders.
