Super Wings Tactics: Mastering the 3-4-3 (A) Formation in Online Soccer Manager (OSM)

The 3-4-3 (A) formation in Online Soccer Manager (OSM), usually consists of three defenders, four midfielders, and three forwards. This tactic can be called "Super Wings" Tactics.If you have a stronger team, you can use this formation to beat 4-3-3 (B). 3-4-3 (A) is a similar formation to 3-4-3 (B). In 3-4-3 (B), you have to use a LM and a RM instead of a CAM and CDM of 3-4-3 (A)..

First, you have to analyze our opponent’s squad before playing this formation. You can avoid this tactics if opponent is playing with–

• Shoot on sight
• Passing Game

Squad:

You must put a striker in ST positions, a left winger in LW and a right winger in RW in front. In the CM positions, you can use two CM or a CM and a CDM with a high rating and a left midfielder in LM and a right midfielder in RM . You must put three central backs in CB positions. You must put our highest rated goalkeeper in GK position. Try to put 6 players of the same nationality to get the nationality bonus while playing the match.

Explaination:

In this tactic, the players will play with an attacking mindset. Whenever your player will get the ball they will quickly pass the ball to the wingers and start an attack to score goals. Whenever your player will lose the ball, they will immediately try to gain the ball with a high level pressing. In this tactic you will be able to score many goals with weaker opponents.
