Specialists

In Online Soccer Manager, there is a section named “Specialist”. These specialists can create a huge difference in the game. If you put the right player for these specialists they can win you the match sometimes. There are four Specialists in OSM. They are:

• Captain
• Penalties
• Free-kicks
• Corners

Captain

The captain is a designated player on a team who serves as a leader and representative of the team both on and off the field.They play a vital role in the game. In OSM, you should select the most experienced or oldest (must be older than 30 years) players of your starting XI.

Penalties

A penalty taker in OSM, is a player designated to take the penalty kicks in a match. You should select the highest rated forward of your team to take penalties. You can also set your highest goal scorer as penalty taker.

Free-Kicks

In Online Soccer Manager (OSM), the free kick taker is determined by the player's free kick attribute, which is a measure of the player's ability to take accurate and powerful free kicks.You should select your highest rated midfielder to take free-kicks but you should avoid defensive midfielders to take free-kicks.

Corners

A Corners taker in Online Soccer Manager (OSM) refers to the player designated to take corner kicks for their team. This player is usually a midfielder or defender with good crossing and ball control skills. If you have full-backs with a high attacking rating you can use them as corners taker. You can also set your free-kick taker as corners taker.
