Maximizing Your Game in Online Soccer Manager: The Power of 4-3-3 (B) Formation

4-3-3 (B) is one of the most used formations in Online Soccer Manager (OSM). You can use this formation to beat the opponents who are playing a defensive game or a passing game. 4-3-3 (B) is a similar formation to 4-3-3 (A). In 4-3-3 (B), you have to use a CDM instead of a CAM of 4-3-3 (B).

First, you have to analyze our opponent’s squad before playing this formation. You can avoid this tactics if opponent is playing with–

• 4-5-1
• Shoot on sight
• Zonal Marking

Squad:

We must put a striker in ST positions, a left winger in LW and a right winger in RW in front. In the two CM positions, you can use two CM or one CM with a CDM with a high rating and a defensive midfielder in the CDM position. You must put two central backs in CB positions, a left back to LB position and a right back to RB position. You can use CB in LB or RB positions too. You must put our highest rated goalkeeper in GK position. Try to put 6 players of the same nationality to get the nationality bonus while playing the match.

Explaination:

In this tactic, the players will play with an attacking mindset. Whenever your player will get the ball they will quickly pass the ball to the wingers and start an attack to score goals. The midfielders will push forward to score goals when the ball is with the winger. And whenever your player will lose the ball, they will immediately try to gain the ball with a high level pressing. In this tactics you will be able to score many goals with weaker opponents.
