Referee

In the game Online Soccer Manager 2023, the referee plays an important role in enforcing the rules and maintaining fair play. They are responsible for making decisions on various incidents such as fouls, offside, handball, and more. The referee can also show yellow or red cards to players who break the rules. The game uses a simulation system that replicates the decisions that real-life referees make in soccer matches. The referee's decisions can impact the outcome of the game, so it's important to make accurate and fair calls.

There are five colors of referee in OSM. They are-

• Green Color Referee
• Blue Color Referee
• Yellow Color Referee
• Orange Color Referee
• Red Color Referee

You have to set your Tackling on the basis of the referee's color. You will find the right combination of referee color and tackling below:

Green Color Referee

You should use Aggressive tackling in green color referee with a pressing level higher than 50. If lower you can use Rackless.

Blue Color Referee

Use Aggressive tackling in blue color referee.

Yellow Color Referee

Set Normal tackling with a pressing level higher than 50 in yellow color. Otherwise, use Aggressive.

Orange Color Referee

Use Normal tackling.

Red Color Referee

It is wise to use Careful tackling in Red color referee. You can use Normal if you have a pressing level lower than 50.
