Club

In Online Soccer Manager (OSM), there is a section called Club. This section is related to board members, club’s sponsors etc.

The components of a club include:

• Stadium
• Sponsors
• Board

Stadium

The expansion of your Stadium consists of three key components: capacity, pitch and training. This will not only bring in significant financial benefits but also give you a competitive edge. Expanding any portion of the Stadium will require a total of 18 hours, and only one section can be expanded at a time.

Capacity

Expanding the capacity ensures higher revenue from gate receipts. There are three levels of capacity. After expending all three levels you will get the highest revenue from the stadium.

Expanding the capacity of your stadium will result in an increase in your income from gate receipts, as demonstrated by the figures presented below.

• Level 1: +450K
• Level 2: +900K
• Level 3: +2.5M

Gate revenue from ticket sales can vary depending on the sponsorship, objective and league position.

Pitch

Improving the pitch enhances your chances of victory during home games. There are also three levels of pitch. Upon utilizing all three tiers, you will attain the ultimate advantage in your home games.

Expanding your pitch will boost your benefits in home games, as indicated by the following percentages:

• Level 1: +2%
• Level 2: +4%
• Level 3: +6%

Training

Enhancing your training facilities accelerates the development of your players in training. As like pitch and capacity, training also has three levels. Once all three levels have been fully utilized, player progression will increase at a quicker pace.

Expanding your stadium's training ground will enhance the growth and development of your players during training, as indicated by the percentage displayed below:

• Level 1: +10%
• Level 2: +25%
• Level 3: +50%

Sponsors

There are four stands in your stadium. They are:

• North stand
• East stand
• West stand
• South stand

All the stands can be sponsored, and the amount of funding offered by the sponsor will vary based on the goal being pursued.Additionally, the sponsor arrangements improve when you surpass your goal and decline when you fall short of your objective.So, it is important to choose your sponsorship deals carefully to maximize the amount of Club Funds you earn.

Board

In your Board there are three members. They are:

1. Chairman: Whenever you are below he will be angry at you and whenever you will fulfill your objective he will encourage you and thank you.

2. Advisor: He advises you on various matters. For example, if you have a large squad he would advise you to sell some players and raise the club fund.

3. Analyst: He tells you about your opponent and what your fans are expecting from you.

In Board, there is an option of Resign. You can resign from the club from here. But there are some conditions applied. Firstly you can not resign from any kind of tournament. You can only resign from leagues. Secondly, you cannot resign in the pre-season.
